I slept 7 wonderfully solid, dreamless hours. I can’t believe how well I slept. I wouldn’t need as much sleep if I could sleep like that every night.
More good news – Tom has the WHOLE weekend off! We still plan to be pretty busy running errands and checking houses.
Today Chandler, AZ accessed my jail blog, again, probably by Googling it.
So the jury’s begun deliberating the Jodi Arias case. I have a feeling I won’t agree with the outcome. Arizona, along with so many other states, doesn’t seem to take violent crimes nearly as seriously as they should while they take non-violent ones very seriously. So, since the law rarely seems to do the right thing, I’m guessing she’ll be out in 25 years or less. If the jury is smart, though, they’ll see her for the 1st-degree murderer that she is and promptly stick a needle in the bitch. I just can’t see that happening, though. She might get 1st degree instead of 2nd, but I can’t see her getting the death penalty. Even if she did, so what? They’re not going to kill her. That’s why I had to laugh at reports that boast and brag about how “successful” the DA was in getting some other woman the death penalty. If he’s so successful, though, then why is the killer still alive 13 years later? So before he or others brag about his accomplishment in her case, wait till the bitch is dead, ok?
Even if she does get 25 years, well, 25 years is a long time. If 6 months could seem like 6 years, 25 years has got to seem like forever.
Tom’s got an appointment to see a place at a park we’ve never been to tomorrow at 9am. As always, since he’s the one who has to qualify, it’s not critical that I be there too, unless it’s got major potential. We’ll both be going on Sunday morning to run errands and look at places.
Neither Mary nor Maliheh has picked up my email. I wonder if they’re both going to just forever ignore anything that comes in from me. Still can’t believe Mary would turn on me like this. Maliheh yes, but Mary? I say she was threatened by her PO.
