I got up at 9:30, ate, changed the animal cages, showered, sang, and now I’ve got nothing to do for the rest of the day. The house is clean enough and there’s nothing on TV that interests me. Nothing but pregnancy, childbirth, and infertility shit on the channels I usually watch, and you know I’m sick to death of that shit.

Right now my wallpaper directory is set on my land file. A picture of the land we took when we first came out here came up and something different about it struck me. I looked outside, then back to the picture, and I realized that now there were fewer of those wheat-colored weeds we hated to deal with in Phoenix. Then I remembered that during the summer there are fewer of them. The heat burns them away.

Most of the trenches the well rig made have been filled in as Tom used them to dig garbage holes. He’d dig a hole from trench to trench, bury trash, then fill it in evenly. However, a few of the trenches Gravity’s tractor made out front were never filled in. It’s a good thing too, cuz the rabbits and other animals love them. That’s because rainwater pooled in them and now there’s thick green grass in them that’s several inches tall. It looks pretty cool, having these streaks of grass out there. I dug a little trench around Scuttle’s grave and poured water on it so he can have grass growing around his grave. It may storm soon enough, too. It’s been really cloudy out.

As I said before, I’m not taking the Albuterol. Haven’t had to use the Allegra yet, and it’s too soon to say if the Vancenase is doing any good. If the Theo’s helping, it’s in a very subtle way. I had a hard time falling asleep again last night with the Melatonin alone and had to take a Benadryl. It may have been because I forgot to take the Theo earlier. Mid-days are better for me than towards the end of the day. Today I took it at 2:00 instead of 5:30.
