We did some research and found out something we didn't know before, and that's that if you fast before having your TSH tested, it tends to be higher. Well, I fasted before the last round of labs because of the lipid testing they did, so now I'm wondering if maybe my TSH was under 10 after all.

I feel like my TSH is finally dropping after all because, as of a few days ago, I noticed I wasn't as warm and I seemed to have more energy. Well, last time I slept, my sleep was fragmented as hell, and I woke up feeling like I was on fire, symptoms of high thyroid. The scale, however, says otherwise, so I don't know. I'll find out on the 11th. I already scheduled my appointment for Monday morning. I'm backing off on the vitamin D, though, because I don't want it dropping too much to the point where I'm a lot worse than just warm and having trouble staying asleep. I don't want to get to the point where I'm anxious and my heart is racing. It's good that I've learned more about it, though, so I can control it a little easier.

First, I thought I heard a thump wake me up. Then I had acid come up in my throat. Then I had some kind of shitty dream. Then the fucking mower woke me up. Then I just kept waking up seemingly every half hour to an hour. Amazingly, I'm not drop-dead tired like I would normally be after sleeping that shitty. So something is definitely increasing my energy levels. I guess it could be one or more of the following things: my TSH level, the CoQ10, the extra waiting time—although today I actually cut it to 15 minutes—the increase in vitamins, or the CPAP.

I decided not to sleep with mouth tape because I know air is likely to leak that way. Your mouth doesn't really have to be open for you to have leaks. If your lips are just ever so slightly touching, it can happen. Sometimes I might go to yawn or something like that in my sleep, and air could leak then.
