I don't care if people are silent on other social media platforms, but for some reason, it bugs me when people don't interact with me from time to time on Facebook. You're either interested or you're not, and if you're not, then you're off my friend list. This includes Arteaga. She went from always reading my messages and replying once in a while to never replying, and now she's no longer even appearing to read my messages. No more reaching out to those who don't reach out to me!

Had my thyroid ultrasounded at 8 yesterday morning and was surprised just a few hours later to find the results posted on the portal. It's not enlarged, and everything looks good! Just a tiny nodule on the left lobe. So the throat tickle is likely allergies or post-nasal drip. :(

I tried to make the oral mask work, but it's just not comfortable. So I'm going to try detaching the hose from it and sleeping without it hooked up to the CPAP. Yes, I'm fat, and yes, I know our muscles weaken with age, but do I really have sleep apnea in that my throat closes, or did it just seem that way as my nasal valves collapsed and I became more of a nose breather? I'm curious to see what happens, but I'll have my preferred nasal mask handy in case I need to switch to it.

Was never able to say this anywhere else I ever lived where it rained in December, but it's a beautiful winter day. It's foggy and rainy, yet it's still in the 70s. :)
