Slept well the last couple of times. The night before last I had a full clonazepam and half of a melatonin to begin with. Last night I just took a full 5 mg melatonin gummy. My sleep was never broken up or anything. Got my highest sleep score ever of 96. I wish to hell it could always be like this, but I can't even make it a week with good sleep. It's allowed me to be pretty productive, which I like.

I've lost 4 lb now, but I don't expect to lose much more, if any at all. As hungry as it leaves me, I don't see myself having to worry about gaining more than I had to begin with even if I don't lose much. I looked back in my journals, and while I've always had the setting for sleep apnea from an anatomical standpoint, it seems like my weight didn't really trigger it to become a problem that noticeably affected my energy levels until I got over 155 lb. This doesn't mean getting down to 120 or lower would stamp out my sleep apnea, though. There are never any guarantees, but losing a few pounds and keeping it off—even if it really is only 5 to 10 lb—certainly can't hurt.
